What happens when your sick of taking the pills(if they even work)and you still want to be slim? You stop eating? I think anyone who's an unhealthy eater should change they're lifestyle rather than take pills.brontehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15049525904078231312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7873954472445093588.post-7986230282710490552010-08-25T02:55:19.808-07:002010-08-25T02:55:19.808-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.brontehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15049525904078231312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7873954472445093588.post-76966862601385233822009-05-25T23:27:41.019-07:002009-05-25T23:27:41.019-07:00I'm not trying to be offensive to the previous...I'm not trying to be offensive to the previous comment about diet pills. If you've fallen into obesity, then you should do a lifstyle evaluation. Yes, it would be tempting to have a quick fix, but honestly, how long does it last doing the quick fix. Changing your lifestyle- eating better, having a better sleeping pattern, and exercise routine will not only make you feel better, look better, and be healthier, but you will be keeping the word of wisdom and will received the wonderful and many blessings found in D&C 89.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7873954472445093588.post-6742366673237468692008-07-23T10:32:00.000-07:002008-07-23T10:32:00.000-07:00I googled 3-month food supply and came up with you...I googled 3-month food supply and came up with your blog. I was excited to find it, but was wondering if you might be able to help me. I started a 3-month supply with meals for all three months of what we normally eat. I have since heard that they need to be things that have a longer shelf life or are ready to eat items. I don't know if that is accurate or not, but I am stumped about how to do that. This one week meal plan looks great, but my family has hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and I can't figure out how to do something similar (without having to use the freezer) to still accomplish this. Sorry to do such a long post...I will check back for any ideas. Thanks! The Ririe'shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15172342269414683156noreply@blogger.com
